Qualifications for Residency
Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) Qualifications:
The Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) Program provides affordable supportive housing for very low-income adults with disabilities who are able to live independently with appropriate community-based support services.
To qualify for residency, applicants generally must meet the following requirements:
Disability Requirement: Applicant must be an adult with a qualifying physical, developmental, chronic mental, or other disabling condition as defined by HUD guidelines.
Income Eligibility: Household income must meet HUD very low-income limits, typically at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
